Caitlyn Swope is a passionate advocate for plant-based nutrition, combining her expertise in dietetics with a holistic approach to health. At the age of 15, Caitlyn started cooking her own healthy meals, expirementing with plant based recipes and realized how amazing and energized she could feel. She knew she wanted to be a dietitian to help others feel the same! With a Master of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from Logan University and a background in Physical Activity & Human Performance from the University of Missouri, Caitlyn is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health goals through sustainable lifestyle changes. Her favorite part about working at Nutrition As Therapy is that she can focus on the benefits of plant-based eating patterns, offering personalized nutrition counseling for a diverse range of clients, including those with chronic conditions like Hyperlipidemia, Type 1 and 2 Diabetes, PCOS, and other womenā€™s issues.

Beyond her professional achievements, Caitlyn is deeply committed to making healthy living accessible and enjoyable. She draws inspiration from her love of yoga, cooking, and snowboardingā€”activities that reflect her belief in a balanced, active lifestyle. Caitlyn lives in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and also enjoys hiking with her rescue dog, Kona. Whether she’s exploring new trails, counseling patients, or experimenting with recipes in her kitchen, her goal is to inspire others to embrace a healthy lifestyle, making it both fun and achievable, while fostering long-term well-being.
